So friendly and helpful. Made our dream of becoming RV Full Timers a reality. They even stayed late to get our unit in tip top shape and ready to go and seemed happy to do it. And Crystal was awesome!!!

They would probably sell more RV's if the ones on the lot worked properly. Why would you buy one after driving one when some of the imprortant options doesn't work. Plus some salesman really don't know the products and features. But overall everyone is friendly and helpful.
I cannot speak to the store part of the RV General Store, but my review is for the service dept only. When scheduling our RV to come in for a routine inspection, replacing the awning fabric, redoing the roof, and resealing the windows, we made it clear that we were first time owners and wanted to make sure everything was in working order before we took our rig out on its maiden voyage. They were very eager to oblige, letting us know that they would call throughout the process to let us know areas of concern and to get the go-ahead before repairing those items. The unit was dropped off on the scheduled date, with our first trip scheduled just one week later. They did not even start working on our rig until the end of the week even though we were told there was only one other camper on the schedule for that day. There was ZERO phone calls. Half of the requested work was not completed. Communication SUCKS there between the office ladies and the service manager. After re-requesting that the additional services be completed, we were told that they attempted to re-attach an outside panel and were unsuccessful, but that the rest of the work was completed. No phone call to let us know that the rig was completed. I called to let them know I was coming to pick it up and would be there right near closing time, only to be told that the service dept left early (even though they were aware I was coming to pick up) Upon pickup, it was discovered that they had lost my key (still never found it, have to pay for a locksmith now) and my tires were 40psi under the recommended amount! Why would a full inspection not include tire pressure?? Why would you let a rig leave with dangerously low tire pressure? One window was never resealed, the outside panel was never even TOUCHED even though they said they tried to reattach it. An email to the manager got an apology but nothing else. This place is in desperate need of communication and organization skills. We are very disappointed to have spent that much money only to have to now pay a locksmith and an additional service company to fix the outside panel.
They have built this all new facility with a large store full of items for your RV. They are very nice and will help with anything..
